As ever when a new season is upon us we look to innovate and experiment. Having seen the way fashion has evolved in the last years with a shift towards more casual, sporty clothing and footwear in particular we have been keen to continue developing our 'Performance' collection. With this in mind, as well as our love for mixing different textures of leather together, we have reworked our Belafonte belt design to give it a sporty, athleisure feel that is fresh and different. This belt with its fluid swirl like flow is now made with a mix of our optic white textured performance fabric overlaid with a sporty mottled effect white leather. The tip shape is a little sharper and more contemporary too. Of course to give this belt extra wow factor we have stitched the central wave design in a contrast Royal Blue tone and for a final flourish painted the edges in vibrant Royal Blue too! The resulting belt is one that is crisp and innovative, showing lovely hand workmanship and real attention to detail. To keep the focus firmly on the belt with its variety of bells and whistles we have gone for a sleek polished silver buckle - it gives the belt a crisp, clean look and is in keeping with the sporty feel of the belt. In the end you have a belt that is really unique and different, not one you will ever see elsewhere! It is a belt that can be worn casually of course, ideal for shorts, chinos, denim, paired with trainers...on the golf course...but mixing this more sporty look with colourful smarter casual wear/eveningwear for an eye-catching contemporary look will really show how much of a belt connoisseur you are.
